Each Lumière Juliana candle is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged to arrive beautifully.

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping is offered at a flat rate based on the number of candles in your order:

1–2 candles: $83–4 candles: $145 or more candles: $20

Shipping rates are applied at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly, as orders cannot be rerouted once they have been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Each Lumière Juliana candle is thoughtfully crafted and carefully prepared. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 5 days of delivery at lumierejulianaco@gmail.com, and we will gladly assist you.

Please include your order number and a photo so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• Trim wick to 1/4" before each use

• Burn until wax melts evenly across the surface

• Do not burn longer than 3–4 hours at a time

• Always place on a heat-safe surface

• Never leave a candle unattended
